People, people, people, why can't we all just get along? Already in Portland OR, 14 squad cars were called out for a melee at a Toy's R Us store.

It doesn't matter if you buy into the madness, or avoid it. It remains madness. If we are becoming a nation of scared rabbits, blindly accepting talking heads of media, and soothing issuance of government policies, so be it.
We deserve it.
Unless we make a statement as individuals, and stand firm in our convictions, we are only willing pawns in the dumbing of America.
I, for one, am not rude, crude, or obtuse. I'm not buying into the season's commercialism, nor the "religious" basis, nor the lack of dignity others portray. I am, however, torn between amusement and self-righteous concern.
